We are what we put in, we are what we eat and we just give out the basic components and ideas of what we are consuming. So we really are what we put in and maybe that’s why most of our vibes are completely off.
Hello and welcome to my blog, we discuss all manners of different subjects keeping Mondays specific for Mental health because our best days are ahead of us we should not lose faith in who we are, we are a vibe. Most importantly may we spread love everywhere we go and share in experiences throughout all we do.
Have you ever wondered if you’re a vibe or not? Now most of us will either agree or refuse the possibility of being a vibe simply because it becomes a comparison against other people who in our opinions defines vibe for us.
Also because we allow our regular day to day needs to consume us and what we consume can eventually help us create a loop to what we are, as a vibe generally.
This is about the time when we would have to balance between either being a negative or a positive vibe. In its smallest version it goes as far as the words we listen to and even use on a regular.
The mind is like a baby elephant that gets tied to something weaker than it is, and even when it gets bigger and stronger it still gets tied to the same weak harness but it still believes its powerless to break free.
This Mental Monday may we begin to curate what we want to help us build our lives as opposed to bringing them down. May we only hear words that remind us of our strength and beauty. Our passion for life and our desire to become and all so much more.
May this Mental Monday be a reminder that we are infinite beings of radiance. Once we accept who we are and use those positives to churn us forward we will gain a strength beyond measure as we watch our negative beliefs shamefully fall around us.
