What’s the rush?

What’s the rush?

So many of us feel like we are behind our schedule and life isn’t going the way we planned. So I have to ask whats the rush?

You’ve lived your life and you know whats been happening in your life both good and bad. So why are you holding on to a fantasy that is nonexistent? Worse, why are you beating yourself up?

If the problem is you didn’t work hard enough to achieve what you wanted the solution is work hard now and make those dreams a reality.

If the problem is you didn’t have freedom or resources to go get them, the solution is stop making excuses for yourself and go figure it out.

My point is, you can’t change the past and dwelling on it is a whole universe of pain but you can learn from the past, adjust and forge a new path until you achieve.

So what’s the rush? Who is stressing you to an unrealistic standard of a past you can’t visit and why for the LOVE OF GOD do you care?

Because rushing to meet unrealistic standards, dwelling on a past you can’t change and using comparison techniques to weigh how well your life is going are fast track methods to having a mental breakdown.

Do the right thing for you, figure it out and everything that can’t be changed should be released. Let it go and grow, remember progression over perfection.

Start where you are with what you have. You’ve got time!
