Beautiful morning

If you wake up and you feel like you can’t do it anymore, before you conclude that you’re done, try doing something for your mind, your body and spirit.

10 minutes of exercise regularly will have tremendous impact on your health and if you feel healthy and your body feels engaged it will give off endorphins and help you feel better.

Read something, or at least find time to learn. Your mind also likes to feel active and engaged so learn. Also no one is allowed to tell you what you should learn, it’s your mind.

Find something that lifts the spirit for me that’s meditation, silent time and reading the Bible (seeking the face of Jehovah).

Just like you can’t lose weight cause you went hungry for one day is the same way you should think about these tips. They won’t work miraculously, but consistency will prove changes in your life that YOU will notice.

May your day be full of wonderful surprises and may you be pleasantly surprised even as you be a blessing to others.

Remember, if there is no love or of there is no change around you, trying being the love or change you wish you could see.
