Ten Thousand

Its often said hunger can cause a revolution, this can be good or bad, depending on which side you pick. MC crafted a projected from a point of extreme third eye open, or as some would call it, woke. For Hiphop heads, to spark a revolution to.

I think that hip-hop should be spelled with a capital “H,” and as one word. It’s the name of the culture, and it’s the name of the identity and consciousness. I think hip-hop is not a product, but a culture. I think rap is a product, but when hip-hop becomes a product, that’s slavery, because you’re talking about people’s souls.

–KRS ONE connects everything to Hiphop

If you want to dance to repetitive words, this probably isn’t for you, as a majority of this project consists of smooth almost earthy tones acting as a canvas to which MC precedes to paint.

11 songs on this project and my personal favourites are; 10,000hr Revolution, Is There More ft King TMC, Its A Revolution ft Amory, The Mastermind ft Yana & Gabo, and (Up & Down) Why Wine.

The songs listed above surprised me the most as they seemed almost counter intuitive from conscious music only because MC’s flow feels laid back. He feels more relaxed with the message he is offering.

For a first offering, this project brings a smile to my face as he is likely only going to get better and I am here for it.

If you want to sample the project you can either search audiomack or support Zambian and check it out on ZedArts proudly Zambian website
