Like the iconic duo that caused us fits of laughter, Ikko Ace & Muko have that charismatic charm dripping throughout their music. Their most recent offering, Now Or Never, has been a fun surprise to unpackage.
Their first song is arguably my favourite on the project, called “Inspiration“. It almost has an arrogant like bravado stroll layered nicely by lyrics that remind me of why I do what I do. “People don’t need to know…” the lyrics start and my soul agrees because our actions inspire more than our words, “…they just need to see the work”
Music is about different tastes but this a thorough project with a delivery like they have been playing this music game for longer than they probably have. A certain musical maturity easily flows in the cadence and style of the entire project.
Every instrumental chosen as deliberate and methodic as a surgeon in the operating room. They knew exactly what they wanted to do, and dare I say achieved. If you have not heard the project yet Go Here
Very Neat and Concise analysis.
