France lost the World Cup Final but looking at this snap I just realised this is what Africa would look like in an environment that allows for development.
The talent isn’t lacking, the creative genius is next level but the environment doesn’t allow that to shine. In a similar manner, some of us have only had the option to survive for the longest time and that makes even dreaming of better or working on development impossible.
If you don’t feel safe how can you be expected to do anything but survive. Africa isn’t poor or broke (not in the literal sense) but our environment doesn’t allow for a sense of security enough to develop.
Developing talent is not cheap, creating infrastructure is not cheap. Yet without the proper that talent will not be developed and that undeveloped talent will not compete on the world stage.
Before we ask the government to do the thing, you first need to do your own thing and start. The government can be slow at times, put your own personal shift in, find communities that challenge you to grow and make the world your veranda.
