Do something for your body, mind, and spirit. Same way the body gets rested is the same way we must exercise it.
Same way we check in with our mind for growth we must also check and rid of negative toxic thought processes.
Same way the spirit of the world rejuvenates or damages us we must also rejuvenate the world with our giftings.
This is not a post to lose weight or become a monk and start living in the dyolis, awe. It’s a post reminding you to take care of the temple you were born into and see the transformational results.
I’m not saying gym for 4 hours and become a mpeta, I’m saying work out for 10 mins everyday to excite the body and maintain consistency.
I’m not saying run into the rural areas for peace and rest. What I am saying is take time daily to feed your peace and rest.
I’m not saying become a preacher to feel connected, however we already are connected and accepting who we are allows our spirit to accept others for who they are and instead of attempting to fix them we simply share the gifts we have with no expectations for how we connect so long as we are connected.
The body is dynamic, don’t simply eat and poop, excite the body, exercise the mind and free the spirit.
