Greener Grass

Is there better?

A relatively broad question but the answer in whatever situation is usually always, yes.

Yes, there is someone better, however hurtful that sounds. Yes, they have better gadgets, better houses and even better friends. But better is relative for everyone else.

So knowing each of us is unique the question is, can there then truly be better? All the time? Unfortunately yes.

Getting better however comes with a huge sacrifice, starting over. This is no way makes starting over a terrible thing, but if you’re thinking sustainability, or legacy. Then starting again in some places might be more of a drawback even though it maybe necessary.

The reason why the grass is greenest where you water is because when you go onto the other side you have to start understanding the new terrain. Start touching and fidgeting with everything so that a reaction can be gotten. So that data and analysis can be had and a concrete plan of action be created for success. Which, frankly speaking, if you were going to go all intense you could have simply stayed put and interacted with the devil you know.

I’m not saying keep it if it’s broken, I’m not advising you to make necessary changes I am however saying don’t give up because the grass elsewhere looks greener than yours.

The grass is greenest where you water it and with a little effort and consistency the grass will become everything you envied when you were being a peeping Tom.

Don’t get confused with what others have that you give up your own crown because you simply want to fit in. Don’t let the lives of others sway you, focus on your pie and when you notice something that someone else has instead of becoming envious, simply pat yourself on the chest and remind yourself it’s happening for you too. It just takes time.

Water the grass, love watering the grass and watch how it will repay you. The grass isn’t greener on the side, because the other side isn’t yours. What’s yours, is right before you waiting to be nurtured. Nurture what’s yours, love what’s yours and watch as your love and patience pay you back.

The grass is green because you water it, remember that life is about effort and if you want something to work, you have to be willing to WORK to make it work.
