Are you tired of getting feedback responses from your applications? Each app comes equipped with prompts for you to rate your enjoyment of the app. Most times when you make a call is when this response box pop up. So what’s the deal with all these pop ups?

One thing that large businesses have realised is that feedback is vital for growth. Evolution. This is what ensures the products and services keep getting better, it all happens through what I’ll call a feedback loop. We all need a feedback loop, a place where we tap into consistently to grow. Evolve.

Feedback can be harsh and scathing, we usually avoid this sort of feedback. It can also be nurturing and at times it can be manipulative. The important thing to know about feedback is holding on to that we believe has truth for us and can help us grow.

Allow yourself to be open to hearing the different thoughts people have about you. Remember that even though they speak they do not know or understand the full context your life. You never know what someone says that could help us adjust our lives. As a rule of thumb however, don’t take personal what others say. People will talk regardless but accepting feedback allows you to adjust.

Not everyone has to speak in your life, but they will speak regardless, you’re better off knowing. The people we love don’t always tell us the sobering truth and we are always looking at others and not ourselves, so we will completely miss out.

Feedback isn’t always sexy but everyone can use an adjustment. An adjustment to growth and evolution. However, I would like to stress that feedback is useless if we store and harbour everything. Only ensure to pick up the feedback that will help lighten lifes burdens.
