Some are from the ashes, thats where they are built,
From the bottom, Clothed in naked truth,
Nothing to hide, no shame to reprise,
Fear of rock bottom only to discover it has a basement,

That from the ashes truly a phoenix rises
That when you’re on the floor, the only available move is up!
